MÔ TẢ CHUNG

COMBIMASS® GA-s hybrid eco là trạm phân tích khí dạng mô-đun, tiêu chuẩn hóa với chi phí đầu tư thấp, được lắp đặt trong tủ nhựa có thông gió, dùng để phân tích khí biogas theo chu kỳ thời gian cố định, lắp đặt trong nhà, với số lượng cảm biến khí giới hạn và tối đa chỉ cho 1–2 dòng khí.

 
MÔ TẢ CHI TIẾT

Trạm phân tích COMBIMASS® GA-s hybrid eco bao gồm một tủ có thông gió, thích hợp lắp đặt trong nhà (như trong phòng máy phát điện CHP), dùng để phân tích khí biogas theo chu kỳ thời gian cố định. Tất cả các kết nối bên hông tủ được thiết kế sẵn cho ống dẫn khí bằng nhựa. Bên trong tủ bao gồm: một bơm khí, 1–3 mô-đun phân tích khí, và số lượng van cần thiết để phân tích tối đa 2 dòng khí (GAS 1-2), xả khí đường ống và kết nối với khí chuẩn hiệu chuẩn.

Có 5 cấu hình mô-đun khí tiêu chuẩn có sẵn:

  • 1xCH₄
  • 1xH₂S
  • 2xH₂S
  • 1xCH₄ & 1xH₂S
  • 1xCH₄ & 1xH₂S & 1xO₂

Tất cả các tín hiệu từ mô-đun khí đều được bù áp suất và nhiệt độ. Trạm phân tích có thể tích hợp tối đa 3 ngõ ra analog 4–20 mA để truyền dữ liệu và 1 ngõ ra số để báo động chung. Ngoài ra, có thể tùy chọn truyền toàn bộ dữ liệu và cảnh báo riêng lẻ qua giao thức Modbus RTU đến PLC trung tâm.

Thiết bị có cổng nạp khí chuẩn, cho phép kiểm tra và hiệu chuẩn mô-đun khí ngay tại hiện trường, thực hiện bởi đội ngũ kỹ thuật Binder hoặc các đơn vị được ủy quyền và chứng nhận.

 
BẢO TRÌ

Hệ thống dạng mô-đun giúp việc bảo trì trở nên rất đơn giản: bộ lọc và các linh kiện hao mòn khác có thể được thay thế bởi người vận hành (không ảnh hưởng đến chế độ bảo hành). Mô-đun khí nên được kiểm tra mỗi 12 tháng tại Binder hoặc đơn vị dịch vụ được ủy quyền. Nếu cần thiết, cảm biến nên được thay thế kịp thời để duy trì độ chính xác và khả dụng cao. Binder có thể cung cấp mô-đun thay thế trong suốt thời gian bảo trì. Việc thay mô-đun khí chỉ mất chưa đến 2 phút và có thể do người vận hành thực hiện.

The standardized low-cost modular analyzer station COMBIMASS® GA-s hybrid eco contains of a ventilated cabinet made of plastic, for the analysis of biogas in fixed time cycles, for indoor installation, with limited No. of gas cells and max. 1–2 gas streams only.

COMBIMASS® GA-s hybrid premium
Flexible modular analyzer station

The design of the analyzer station GA-s hybrid premium is completely modular. All pumps and valves are mounted on small top-hat rail-plates for easy service and replacement. The gas cells and its required electronics are mounted in modules for top-hat rail assembly inside the cabinet. All spares and wearing parts can be replaced by the operator without any limitation in warranty.

Modular analyzer station for syngas applications

The analyzer station COMBIMASS® GA-s hybrid syngas has a completely modular design. All pumps, valves and electronic modules are individually mounted on top-hat rails for easy maintenance. The gas cells are installed also in top-hat rail modules.

Basic modular gas analyzer station

The basic, modular COMBIMASS® GA-s hybrid eco air monitoring analyzer station consists of a cabinet for analysis of the supporting air from 1 or 2 fermenters. It is a station for indoor installation with a fixed measuring programme. Data and alarm transmission as well as a warning light complete the station for a safe operation.

Modular gas analyzer station

The COMBIMASS® GA-s hybrid premium air monitoring analyzer station consists of a ventilated cabinet for the cyclic analysis of the air of 1 up to 4 fermenters for indoor installation with an integrated display and flexible measuring program. The gas modules have an integrated maintenance diagnosis whereby the wear is signaled by the traffic light colours. Transmission of data and alarms is possible via various bus systems. Additionally, the warning lamp rounds off the station for a simple and safe operation.
